In alignment with the Chamber’s theme, United We Rise, this experience celebrates the power of coming together—supporting one another, learning from one another, and growing stronger as a community.
Throughout the day, you’ll experience engaging panels, an inspiring keynote, interactive breakout circles, and meaningful conversations designed to be both empowering and personal.
A highlight of the day will be the presentation of the 2026 ATHENA Women’s Leadership Award—an internationally recognized honor celebrating an exceptional woman who leads with purpose, uplifts others, and leaves a lasting impact on her community. This prestigious award represents excellence in leadership, mentorship, and service, and is one of the most meaningful moments of the SHE Shines experience.
