Be A Vendor

SHE Shines is an all-day experience created to uplift, celebrate, and connect women in business and leadership. The event will feature speakers, panels, breakout sessions, and a curated vendor market open throughout the day.

Vendor Set-Up Time:
Option 1 – TBD
Option 2 – Wednesday, June 10th | 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Vendor Market Opens: 9:00 AM
Vendor Market Closes: 3:00 PM
Tear-Down: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Vendors must be fully set up by 8:45 AM and remain in place until 3:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted.

Included:

Access to WiFi

Light power access (please notify us if you require electricity)

Lunch, and refreshments for two representatives

Additional meals for extra reps may be purchased for $25 each.

VENDOR SHOPPING TIMES

While attendees may shop at any point during the event, the following times are designated vendor break periods and promoted as primary shopping opportunities:

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Check-In & Breakfast

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Networking Lunch Break

1:30 PM – 1:55 PM: Afternoon Break

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Afternoon Break

FEES & PAYMENT

Chamber Member Vendor Fee: $75

Non-Chamber Member Vendor Fee: $100

Vendor space is reserved only once payment and signed agreement are received. No refunds for cancellation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Space & Display: Vendor space is approximately 6'x6'. All displays must be contained within your area. No loud music or disruptive displays permitted.

  2. Set-Up & Breakdown: Vendors may begin setting up at 7:30 AM. All displays must be removed by 4:00 PM.

  3. Conduct: Vendors must act professionally and respectfully toward attendees, organizers, and other vendors.

  4. Insurance & Liability: The event hosts are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors assume all responsibility for their merchandise and personal property.

  5. Sales: Vendors keep 100% of their sales. No commission is taken.

  6. Licensing: Vendors must comply with any local licensing or tax requirements.
